Job summary

Redwood Communities is seeking a Community Manager for Coeur D'Alene Plaza in Spokane, WA. The role oversees daily operations, budgeting, leasing, and HUD compliance across multiple multifamily properties.

The ideal candidate will have LIHTC/HUD experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with RealPage and MS Office. This full-time position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or higher in multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of property management operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC & HUD) required.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software RealPage and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations per HUD regulations and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and EEO laws.
• Maintain organized property records and files (physical & digital).
• Conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety and upkeep.
• Prepare and manage annual property budgets and monitor financials.
• Collect rents, enforce lease terms, and monitor delinquencies.
• Code invoices per company procedures and assist investor reporting.
• Ensure HUD TRACS, EIV, MOR, REAC compliance and reporting.
• Oversee leasing activities: tours, applications, eligibility, move-ins/outs.
• Foster resident relations and respond to concerns and requests.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct performance reviews.
