Job summary

Redwood Communities in Spokane, WA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple affordable housing communities. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure HUD compliance while driving high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily housing, strong communication, and proficiency with RealPage and MS Office. On-site schedule Monday–Friday with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or higher in multifamily housing.
• Experience with affordable housing (LIHTC & HUD, or similar programs) required.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in RealPage and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage leasing, marketing, applicant processing, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare budgets, monitor financial reports, and control operating expenses.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure a high-quality resident experience.
