Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily housing, with at least 1 year in affordable/HUD housing.
• Working knowledge of HUD 4350.3 Handbook, TRACS, and EIV.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing efforts and maintain compliance with HUD regulations.
• Collect and record rent payments and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Provide professional service to residents and address concerns.
