Job summary

Redwood Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee multiple multifamily properties, driving daily operations, budget performance, and an exceptional resident experience. The role leads on-site staff and ensures HUD compliance, occupancy targets, and strong financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily management, knowledge of LIHTC/HUD programs, and proficiency with RealPage and Office software. The position is based on-site with standard business hours in Georgia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or higher in multifamily housing.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC & HUD) required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in RealPage and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure HUD compliance.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rent collection.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Maintain occupancy through leasing and marketing activities.
• Foster resident relations and respond to inquiries.
