Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Community Manager in Florida to attract tenants, show available units, and explain the advantages of location and services while negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years on-site leasing experience, CAM/ARM/COS certifications, Fair Housing certification, and strong PC skills; you will help manage budgets, analyze data, and coordinate maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site leasing experience.
• CAM/ARM/COS certification.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property software.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies and attract tenants by marketing and referrals.
• Show units and explain advantages of location and services.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements, and assist with annual budget.
• Maintain property by resolving tenant issues and enforcing occupancy rules.
• Oversee building systems and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate security services and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare reports and analyze data and trends.
