Job summary

Indigo Real Estate seeks a Property Manager passionate about customer service, property management and affordable housing. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, leasing, budgeting and resident relations in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment in Hawaii.

You will manage HUD Multifamily/LIHTC guidelines, coordinate marketing and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional hospitality to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple communities.
• Experience with HUD and tax credit programs.
• 3+ years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and direct the day-to-day operation of the property.
• Maintain effective and harmonious resident relations.
• Manage the property in accordance with HUD and IRS program guidelines.
• Meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Be responsive to government agency standards and requirements.
• Train and manage staff; handle leasing, collections and resident services.
• Oversee budgeting, capital improvements and reporting.
• Support safety policies and collaborate on marketing strategies.
• Update advertisements/listings, including third-party ILS.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor cost centers.
• Provide general support for Investment Manager.
