Align Real Estate is seeking a hands-on Community Manager to own the day-to-day operations across leasing tours, resident relations, team oversight, and financial reporting.

You will lead leasing, manage move-ins/outs, review pricing, and ensure compliance while coordinating with remote teams and using Yardi, Bluemoon, Gusto, and Payscan. This role demands strong organization and a service-first mindset in a fast-paced SF environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Experience with Yardi (or comparable PMS); Bluemoon, Gusto, or Payscan familiarity a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional presence with residents and ownership.
• Highly organized with the ability to self-prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing tours end-to-end and drive occupancy targets.
• Oversee operations, daily checklists, and coordinate tasks for remote team members.
• Conduct tenant ledger audits and assist with financial reporting.
• Lead team huddles, review KPIs, and handle escalated resident matters.
