Newbury Residential Team seeks a dynamic Community Manager to lead daily apartment operations, drive leasing, and deliver exceptional resident service. You’ll oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and property operations while nurturing a welcoming, high‑performing team.

You’ll build relationships with residents, coach staff, and ensure compliance, budget discipline, and timely maintenance, creating a thriving, safe community that residents are proud to call home.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing to maintain high occupancy.
• Coach team on closing, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Monitor budgets, delinquency, and property performance.
• Ensure compliant leasing and operational processes.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused workplace culture.
• Support resident events and community engagement.
• Inspect properties and coordinate with maintenance.
