Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Savannah, GA is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead a vibrant apartment community. You’ll manage budgets, drive leasing, oversee maintenance partnerships, and coach a diverse team to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

With 2+ years in multi-family property management and familiarity with Yardi/Knock, you’ll ensure occupancy goals, financial reporting, and a thriving living environment while upholding Hawthorne’s Live It culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience, including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager experience.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family, Highly Preferred.
• Industry Software Experience: YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft, Highly Preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain accurate records using platforms like Yardi and Knock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals.

Education

High School or GED equivalent

CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license preferred
