Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family property in Madison, AL. You will lead staff, drive leasing, and maintain budget goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with management software like Entrata Yardi or One Site. Expect an onsite schedule with regular hours and local travel.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years managing subs and teams.
• Management: 1–3 years in multi-family property management.
• Experience preferred: Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Advanced skills: Communication, presentation, and delivery.
• Computer skills: Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, databases; strong with Entrata Yardi/One Site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Meet revenue targets by driving leasing, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting; manage invoices.
• Analyze market trends and technology changes; advise on improvements.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and collections per lease terms.
• Engage owners/clients, tour properties, and report performance; manage contractors.
