Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Community Manager in Ohio to lead day-to-day operations across our residential communities. You will oversee rent collection, vendor relations, leasing, and maintenance while building a positive environment for residents.

As a pivotal liaison, you will train and develop staff, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and communicate outcomes to leadership. A valid in-state driver's license and property management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Driver's license in-state required.
• Property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: evictions, collections, resident relations, budget.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Lead meetings to reinforce expectations and growth.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, and turnover of homes to maintain occupancy.
• Build relationships with vendors and municipalities.
• Plan community events and ensure property standards.
• Coordinate home delivery and warranty follow-ups.
• Travel to meetings and trainings as needed.
• Communicate community successes and challenges to leadership.
