Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a proactive Community Manager in Louisville to lead daily operations, manage staff, and protect assets across our manufactured housing communities. You will oversee rent collection, vendor relations, and safety, while serving as the primary point of contact for residents.

You will drive occupancy by marketing and leasing homes, coordinating events, and upholding property standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities.
• Must obtain or transfer state licensing within 90 days (where applicable).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budget.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce expectations.
• Handle marketing, leasing, sales, and turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy.
• Develop relationships with vendors and local authorities.
• Plan and oversee community events to foster a positive environment.
• Coordinate with residents to uphold property standards.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences.
• Coordinate new home delivery and warranty follow-up with manufacturers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
