Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead daily operations across our manufactured housing communities.

You will oversee rent collection, budgeting, vendor relationships, and resident communication while protecting company assets and ensuring safety and compliance. You will recruit and develop a strong team, conduct regular meetings, manage marketing, leasing, and occupancy, and coordinate home deliveries and warranty follow-ups with manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills to handle resident relations and management reporting.
• Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities for eviction, collections, and safety decisions.
• Proven leadership and team development skills with experience managing a property management team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community operations, including evictions, collections, resident relations, budgeting, and protecting company assets.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members; conduct regular team meetings to reinforce expectations.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, and turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy and revenue.
• Develop relationships with vendors, cities, and counties; plan community events and coordinate maintenance and standards.
• Travel to attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested; coordinate new home delivery and warranty follow-up with manufacturers.
