Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Community Manager in SeaTac, WA to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident satisfaction. You will supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.

Responsibilities include maximizing occupancy, analyzing financial reports, and driving cost-control strategies while delivering exceptional resident experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor and hold others accountable.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Yardi software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and sound judgment.
• Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting, and operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Customer service-oriented with commitment to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Show apartments, explain leases, amenities, and community features; process leasing paperwork.
• Manage rent collections and deposits in accordance with policy.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect apartments, amenities, and common areas for quality and maintenance needs.
• Lead and develop the on-site community team to align with standards and goals.
• Review financial and operational reports; implement strategies for cost control and revenue generation.
• Monitor local market conditions and competition; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure safety, security, and company procedures are followed; maintain compliance.
• Lead regular team meetings and required training sessions.
