Bell Partners seeks a Community Manager to lead all community operations, ensuring quality services and high resident satisfaction. You will motivate associates, oversee leasing, staffing, budgeting, and marketing, and recruit, hire, and onboard team members.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field required.
• Successful supervisory experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred.
• Ability to build, lead, and serve on teams.
• Strong marketing and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition programs and team building.
• Ensure leasing and staffing achieve BAL drivers and budgets.
• Train staff on leasing techniques and resident service.
• Oversee property performance, walk grounds, inspect apartments.
• Lead annual marketing planning and monthly reviews.
• Develop and monitor community budget and contract services.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address associate concerns.
