Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination.
• Successful supervisory experience and ability to lead teams in a property management setting.
• Strong marketing, analytical, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building.
• Ensure team meets BAL strategic drivers.
• Train staff on proper leasing techniques and resident service.
• Ensure property performance is maximized, including walking the grounds and inspecting apartments.
• Tour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and address employee relations concerns.
• Maintain associate files and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly leasing and maintenance meetings.
• Develop and administer community budget, and evaluate unit prices.
• Develop annual marketing plan and conduct monthly reviews.
• Obtain bids for contract services and oversee capital projects.
• Hold responsibility for 35% of leasing activities.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
