Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field required or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a property management role preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a multifamily environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property performance aligns with BAL strategic drivers.
• Train staff on leasing techniques and resident service.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing, and marketing plan execution.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and address concerns.
