RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at a premier apartment community in Miami. You will lead staff, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive occupancy and revenue through effective leasing strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-family property management experience, and excellent communication. On-site responsibilities include budgeting, training, and coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with effective communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, hire, onboard, train, and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition and team-building activities.
• Assist in budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
• Promote resident satisfaction and prompt service issue resolution.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests promptly.
• Support marketing with leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures as needed.
• Manage owner relationships with updates and tours.
