YES Communities in Greensboro, NC is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, collect rents, manage supplies, and safeguard assets while ensuring resident satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

You will drive leasing, marketing, events, and vendor relations to maintain high occupancy, coordinate with residents on standards, and participate in meetings and trainings as requested.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership with team development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and residents' needs.
• Must obtain/transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations including evictions and collections.
• Manage resident relations and community budget.
• Lead and develop team members; conduct regular meetings.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and turn of homes to maintain high occupancy.
• Foster relationships with vendors and local authorities.
• Plan and oversee community events.
• Ensure property standards with resident coordination.
• Attend company meetings and trainings.
• Coordinate home delivery and warranty follow-up with manufacturers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
