Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for our Sterling, VA property. You will oversee daily site operations, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure high-quality service for residents while striving for optimal occupancy and compliance with program guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with the Regional Manager, managing rent collections and reports, and maintaining strong tenant relations. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for site errands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for site errands.
• Strong organizational and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenants receive prompt, courteous, and quality service, with quick resolution of complaints.
• Maintain occupancy targets and conduct resident recertifications where applicable.
• Provide direction to maintenance staff and supervise site operations.
• Prepare regular property condition reports and coordinate with Regional Manager on issues and improvements.
• Manage rent collection, records, and supplier purchasing within budget constraints.
