Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to supervise a residential site in Brambleton, VA.

You will oversee all operations, maintain occupancy, coordinate maintenance, and supervise staff to deliver quality service to residents. You will interview prospective residents, handle income verifications, and ensure compliance with rental programs while maintaining strong tenant relations and reporting to Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring high tenant satisfaction and prompt service.
• Ability to drive high occupancy and manage recertifications where applicable.
• Proven leadership of maintenance staff and vendor coordination.
• Comfort with carrying out inspections, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Experience interviewing residents and handling evictions or lease issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenants receive prompt, courteous service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain occupancy near 100% and perform resident income recertifications.
• Direct rental programs and execute maintenance and safety procedures.
• Supervise maintenance staff and inspect property condition regularly.
• Prepare reports on property condition and deferred maintenance for regional managers.
• Oversee rent collection, records, and banking trips as needed.
• Interview potential residents and handle verifications for eligibility.
• Communicate policies to staff and ensure central-office procedures.
• Develop resident events and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for site errands.
