Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to oversee a property site, supervise staff, and ensure high occupancy with quality resident service. You will coordinate maintenance, handle administrative tasks, and communicate with the Regional Manager to align with company policies.

The role requires ensuring proper rental program execution, maintaining property standards, and managing tenant relations through proactive site operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for property errands.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain high occupancy and conduct recertifications when applicable.
• Direct and supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper tenant relations.
• Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and property condition, reporting deficiencies in writing.
• Prepare reports on property condition, cleanliness, and maintenance operations.
• Oversee rent collection and bank deposits; handle tenant verifications and eligibility.
• Interview potential residents and coordinate with Regional Manager on evictions and lease violations.
