Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Chatham Village in Carolina Forest, SC. The role leads the onsite team, drives leasing and revenue, and ensures compliance with policies and multi-family housing regulations.

You will handle budgeting, reporting, and tenant relations, while coordinating vendor management and safety standards. Weekend availability and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years managing subordinates.
• Experience in Multi-Family Property Management preferred; 1–3 years in management or sales/marketing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and resources to meet financial and operational goals.
• Lead, hire, orient, and train new hires; conduct performance evaluations.
• Increase occupancy and revenue through short- and long-term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis and reporting.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and notices.
• Coordinate property tours with clients/owners and manage contractors.
