Job summary

APG is seeking a Community Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community and coordinate 24-hour service for residents. This full-time role focuses on occupancy growth, financial performance, and team leadership.

You will manage budgets, reporting, accounts payable, and collections, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and partner with housing agencies and Section 8 programs. Strong leasing skills and Entrata proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management.
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and collections.
• Strong leasing and closing skills and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the community.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and collections.
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and resident retention.
• Lead and develop the on-site team.
• Ensure the community complies with Fair Housing laws and policies.
• Support leasing efforts and close leases.
• Coordinate with housing agencies and voucher programs, such as Section 8.
• Maintain the physical condition of apartments and the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
