TAM Residential in Walnut Grove is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, drive occupancy, and lead a on-site team.

You will manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance while ensuring a high standard of living for residents across the community. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management; multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and handle emergency situations professionally.
• Customer-service mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Must be available to respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance, financial performance and team leadership.
• Lead on-site staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage budgeting.
• Develop marketing strategies to maintain occupancy and reduce vacancy loss.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing and applicable laws.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal, and timely completion of tasks.
