Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finance, and administration while ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and emergency response coordination. This role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and cost control within a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, finance, and administration.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Lease, show, and move-in prospective residents; manage resident relations.
• Plan yearly marketing and resident retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Head emergency team and manage property emergencies with staff and residents.
