Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family community management or 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with planning and time management abilities.
• Ability to analyze rent rolls and financial reports.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team to deliver excellent resident service.
• Oversee leasing activity and drive occupancy goals.
• Conduct regular property walks for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Manage resident relations and resolve concerns promptly.
