RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a multifamily property in Jacksonville, FL. You will supervise staff, drive leasing and marketing efforts, manage budgets, and ensure smooth daily operations.

This role requires strong communication and leadership to deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will analyze market trends, supervise maintenance and safety, and collaborate with owners and contractors to maximize property performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• 1–3 years of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the property team to achieve budgeted goals.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Meet revenue targets through marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintenance coordination.
• Handle tenant relations and lease enforcement processes.
