Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our multifamily communities. You will guide leasing efforts, manage budgets, and drive occupancy while coaching a collaborative team of office and maintenance staff.

Requirements include 2 years of property management experience, leasing knowledge, and strong vendor management. This role emphasizes customer focus, financial oversight, and ensuring a premier resident experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience including leasing.
• Experience overseeing budgets and occupancy goals.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage vendor relationships.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Knock) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations and financial performance.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Supervise team across office and maintenance, including training and coaching.
• Coordinate vendor services, safety, and timeliness of work orders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal standards.
