Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead operations, drive occupancy, and oversee financial performance at our apartment communities. You will coach the team, manage leasing activities, and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive leadership and strong vendor partnerships.

The role emphasizes people leadership, budget oversight, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager experience.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family properties preferred.
• Industry software experience with YARDI, Knock and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting for the community.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing to meet occupancy goals and optimize revenue.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver excellent resident service and community operations.
• Address resident concerns professionally and manage the online reputation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure safety, timeliness, and quality.
