Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience including leasing and assistant management.
• Six months of community manager experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Industry software experience with Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting for the community.
• Drive leasing and renewals to achieve occupancy goals and pricing strategies.
• Lead, train, and coach office and maintenance teams to high performance.
• Enhance resident experience by planning events and managing reviews.
• Coordinate vendor services and ensure safety, quality, and timeliness.
