Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager II to lead a residential community and drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. You’ll manage a team, uphold standards, and partner with leadership to execute the company’s core operating procedures.

You will champion resident experiences, manage rent collection, compliance, and capital plans while fostering a culture of care, accountability, and excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in multi-family property management, manufactured housing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, team members, and leadership.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a community team and drive occupancy and sales results.
• Ensure adherence to policies and Fair Housing Standards.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and timely resolutions of issues.
• Oversee operating finances, NOI targets, and capital projects.
