Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager II to lead one of our communities and drive resident satisfaction, occupancy, and financial performance. You’ll guide a team, enforce Havenpark’s standards, and collaborate with a field leadership team to ensure top-tier operations.

You’ll be empowered to make decisions, manage budgets, and uphold safety and housing standards while delivering a positive resident experience across the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management; manufactured housing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, team members, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing community team grounded in Havenpark’s values.
• Coach team to align with community goals and company priorities.
• Drive execution of standard operating procedures to achieve operational excellence.
• Meet or exceed NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales targets each month/quarter.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, including Fair Housing Standards.
• Create a resident experience worth renewing with urgency, empathy, and follow-through.
• Manage resident ledgers, monthly billing, and timely work orders (48-hour resolution).
• Oversee occupancy of rental homes and on-site home sales.
• Monitor NOI, manage vendors, and control expenses to protect profitability.
• Ensure rent is billed accurately and collected on time.
