Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager II to lead one of our manufactured home community operations. You’ll guide a team, drive resident satisfaction, and push occupancy and sales while ensuring financial and regulatory standards are met.

You’ll work with a collaborative field leadership team to execute SOPs, manage budgets, and maintain safe, well-kept homesites that residents are proud to call home.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in multi-family property management; manufactured housing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead a community team and drive occupancy, NOI, and sales results while upholding Havenpark’s standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Fair Housing Standards.
• Maintain resident relations, renewals, and timely work order resolution.
• Oversee occupancy of rental homes and on-site home sales; manage budgets and vendor relations.
• Protect positive NOI through prudent financial management and capital planning.
