Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager II to lead one of our manufactured home communities. You’ll oversee resident relations, drive occupancy and sales, manage staff, and ensure financial and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll champion resident satisfaction, maintain compliance with housing standards, and contribute to capital planning while upholding Havenpark’s values of Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management; manufactured housing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and drive occupancy and sales results while upholding financial and operating standards.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including Fair Housing Standards.
• Manage resident relations, billing, and work orders with timely follow-through.
• Oversee capital planning and ensure projects stay on time and budget.
• Protect NOI by prudent expense management and vendor oversight.
