Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager II to lead a team, champion resident satisfaction, drive occupancy and sales results, and ensure a community operates at the highest standard. You’ll be empowered to make decisions and supported by a collaborative field leadership team.

Responsibilities include team leadership, resident relations, financial management, collections, and maintaining curb appeal and safety, while meeting regulatory requirements and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience; manufactured housing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good standing driver license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a community team to achieve occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee resident relations, renewals, and timely work orders.
• Manage operating budgets and vendor relationships to protect NOI.
• Ensure safety, curb appeal, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute capital projects on time and within budget.
