Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management; manufactured housing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with residents, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences and occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, monthly billing, and timely work orders.
• Protect NOI through vendor and cost oversight.
• Manage rent collection and adhere to legal notices.
• Uphold safety and curb appeal across the community and plan capital projects.
