Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a Community Manager I to oversee compliance, operations and staff on-site at a Rialto property. This role focuses on maintaining occupancy, coordinating with Hope Through Housing, and delivering resident programs.

You will develop relationships within the community, supervise 1–2 on-site staff, and ensure projects align with policy, budget, and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2–5 years in a similar role with supervisory duties.
• Experience in customer service and managing property operations.
• Experience with Yardi property management accounting software is preferred.
• Ability to pass Tax Credit Certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance, maintain resident files and recertifications.
• Manage property operations and advertise vacancies per plan.
• Process work orders in Yardi and monitor budgets.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance.
• Respond to resident complaints professionally and promptly.
• Design and manage resident programs and services.
• Maintain relationships with city staff and local partners.
• Attend company events and support team development.
