Job summary

National Community Renaissance seeks a Community Manager I to lead the on-site administration, compliance, and maintenance of a property in Anaheim. You will drive occupancy, partner with Hope Through Housing on resident programs, and supervise 1-2 on-site staff while representing the organization in the community.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and tax-credit certification within one year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in a role with comparable responsibilities.
• Must pass Tax Credit Certification class within the first year of employment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience and customer service background preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance, maintain resident files and Yardi data per policies.
• Manage property operations including marketing, vacancies, and maintenance.
• Prepare and review financial reports, deposits, and aging accounts.
• Lead on-site team, including 1-2 staff or contractors, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate resident services and community programs with partners.
• Maintain positive community relationships with City staff and service providers.
• Attend company events as required.
