Qualifications

• Candidate must pass Tax Credit Certification within the first year.
• Experience in customer service and supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, compliance, and maintenance tasks to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate with resident services to implement social programs.
• Balance petty cash, deposits, and month-end reports.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Respond to resident complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Develop resident programs and manage community relations.
• Work with city staff and service providers to support residents.
