Job summary

National Community Renaissance seeks a Community Manager II to lead on-site property administration, compliance, and maintenance across a CA community. You will balance occupancy, vendor relations, and resident services while implementing social programs with Hope Through Housing.

You will supervise 3+ on-site staff, maintain files in Yardi, and ensure timely certifications and reporting. A valid CA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management or social services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident files and Yardi data per policies.
• Review and approve notices for recertification.
• Market vacancies in line with fair housing plan.
• Conduct monthly site inspections and report to management.
• Oversee on-site staff; supervise 3+ personnel or temps.
• Prepare deposits and post payments in Yardi; balance petty cash.
• Produce month-end reports and manage receivables.
• Coordinate resident services and community programs.
