Job summary
National Community Renaissance in Glendale, CA seeks a Community Manager I to lead day-to-day property administration, occupancy goals, and compliance. You will work with Hope Through Housing on social programs and supervise 1-2 on-site staff. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to build external relationships while protecting resident confidentiality. The position reports to the Regional Manager and may involve site visits.
Qualifications
Minimum two to five years in a similar role or responsibilities.
Experience with community or property management preferred.
Ability to pass Tax Credit Certification within first year.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance and maintain resident files and Yardi data.
Oversee marketing and vacancy advertising per policy.
Lead on-site staff and coordinate maintenance activities.
Prepare monthly reports and manage accounts receivable.
Foster community relations with residents and city staff.
