Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two to five years in a similar role or responsibilities.
• Experience with community or property management preferred.
• Ability to pass Tax Credit Certification within first year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and maintain resident files and Yardi data.
• Oversee marketing and vacancy advertising per policy.
• Lead on-site staff and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage accounts receivable.
• Foster community relations with residents and city staff.
