Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Minimum two to five years in a comparable role.
• Experience with resident services and property operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and keep resident files up to date.
• Manage marketing and occupancy, with a goal of full occupancy.
• Coordinate resident services and social programs with partners.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage petty cash per policy.
• Supervise 1-2 on-site staff or contractors and enforce performance.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
