Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a Community Manager I to lead on-site operations at Parthenia Place in North Hills, CA. You will oversee administration, occupancy, and compliance while partnering with Hope Through Housing to deliver resident services.

This role supervises 1-2 on-site staff, manages budgets, coordinates marketing, and maintains relationships with city staff and service providers. A strong customer-service background and Yardi knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum two to five years working in a position with comparable responsibilities.
• Must be able to pass company Tax Credit Certification within the first year of employment.
• Minimum two years working in a customer service environment.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: Ensure resident files and Yardi data are maintained per policies.
• Property Operations: Handle marketing for vacancies and notices; conduct site inspections.
• Financial: Balance petty cash, post rents, prepare deposits and month-end reports.
• Human Resources: Supervise 1-2 on-site employees and coordinate with CORE departments.
• Customer Service: Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally.
• Resident Programs: Design and manage resident programs for ongoing success.
• Community Relations: Maintain positive relationships with City staff and service providers.
