Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee housing properties, maintain occupancy, and collaborate with Hope Through Housing to deliver social programs. You will lead on-site teams, manage compliance, and ensure timely financial and administrative tasks in a dynamic community setting.

The role requires strong leadership, time management, and excellent communication with residents and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to five years in a role with comparable responsibilities.
• Pass Tax Credit Certification within the first year of employment.
• Experience in a customer-service environment.
• Supervisory experience.
• Ability to work with residents of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident files and Yardi data per policies and regulations.
• Process applications and re-certifications within required timelines.
• Oversee marketing for vacancies and notices under the AFFH plan.
• Manage on-site operations, including budgets, supplies, and inspections.
• Handle accounts receivable and prepare month-end reports.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate resident services.
• Design and manage resident programs and community relations.
• Attend events and maintain relationships with city staff and service providers.
