National Community Renaissance is seeking a Community Manager (On-site) for Harvest Residences in Los Angeles, CA. This role leads administration, compliance, and maintenance to sustain 100% occupancy and coordinates social programs with Hope Through Housing.

The Community Manager will supervise on-site personnel, manage financial tasks in Yardi, and build strong community relations while serving residents with a high standard of care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi property management software preferred.

• Ensure compliance and maintain resident files and Yardi data.
• Manage marketing for vacancies per Fair Housing guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage accounts receivable.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with Resident Services.
• Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally.
• Design and manage resident programs and community relations.
