National Community Renaissance is seeking a Community Manager I to lead administration, compliance and maintenance of a property while striving for 100% occupancy. You will partner with Hope Through Housing to develop social programs for residents and the neighborhood, and supervise on-site staff.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer-service excellence, and experience in property management environments, with proficiency in Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–5 years in a role with similar responsibilities.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to pass Tax Credit Certification class within first year.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administration, compliance and maintenance to keep occupancy at target levels.
• Collaborate with Hope Through Housing to deliver resident programs.
• Prepare and review resident notices, recertifications and waitlist management.
• Manage on-site staff and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
• Monitor budgets, purchasing, and inventory; ensure timely work orders in Yardi.
• Foster positive community relations with city staff and service providers.
