Job summary

CCMC in Utah's Draper community is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, uphold community standards, and assist in managing relationships with residents, vendors, and committees. You will conduct inspections, help educate homeowners about deed restrictions, coordinate with service contractors, and assist with assessments and meetings.

The role requires 2+ years in an office environment, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-service oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management
• 2-3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role
• CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards as required by governing documents, CCMC contract, and laws
• Conduct monthly inspections using online programs to track, document, and notify homeowners of compliance issues; ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas
• Provide information and education to homeowners about Association living and deed restrictions
• Oversee projects as directed by the Community Manager; liaise with contractors and vendors
• Be the onsite contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR reps on assessment collections
• Work with the Design Review Committee in the Design Review process
• Oversee site staff and grounds services teams
• Interact daily with residents and volunteers; attend Board and Committee meetings
