Job summary

HOALiving in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Community Manager to own the day-to-day success of the communities in your portfolio, supporting boards, homeowners, and vendors. You'll be the trusted contact to keep communities running smoothly.

This role blends office work with on-site visits, 45–50 hour weeks, occasional evening meetings, and requires a valid driver's license. We value CMCA/AMS/PCAM and a team that helps you grow.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams; comfortable with Vantaca.
• Typing proficiency of 50+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 board, annual, or special meetings per week (evenings, Mon–Thu).
• Partner with AP, AR, customer service, collections, maintenance, and architectural review teams.
• Conduct site visits to oversee communities and assess maintenance and compliance.
• Keep boards/homeowners informed with timely, professional communication.
• Draft resolutions and written community policies.
