Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred
• 2 years of HOA portfolio or on-site management experience preferred
• CMCA certification preferred
• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to quickly learn and understand company used software programs
• Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
• Strong organizational skills
• An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners
• Oversee operation and administration of the Association per management agreement and policies
• Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board
• Ensure PMP Management tools (maintenance calendar, action item tracker, financial summaries, delinquency tracker) are used effectively
• Review monthly financial reports and summaries
• Provide recommendations to Boards and committees on community issues
• Set up, attend and facilitate Board meetings
• Prepare Board packages according to PMP's absolutes and standards
• Assist with architectural review processes and routine inspections as needed
• Coordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and common areas
• Conduct walks/inspections of the communities
• Other duties as assigned
